规范应用冲击波球囊导管技术,提高钙化病变介入治疗水平

摘要(Abstract):
<正>流行病学资料显示,在接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者中,约有1/3存在中重度以上的冠状动脉钙化~([1])。严重钙化病变导致术中并发症发生率明显升高,并影响患者远期预后。严重钙化病变是目前心血管介入医师面临的主要挑战之一。目前,冠状动脉斑块旋磨术、准分子激光冠状动脉斑块消蚀术等是治疗冠状动脉严重钙化病变的传统技术;而经皮冠状动脉腔内冲击波球囊导管成形术或称血管内碎石术(intravascular lithotripsy,IVL)是治疗冠状动脉严重钙化病变的新兴技术,Disrupt CADⅠ~Ⅳ系列研究~([2-5])证实了该项技术的安全性和有效性,2022年5月在我国获批,用于治疗冠状动脉钙化病变。
