摘要(Abstract)：

<正>几乎所有的药物在发挥其功效的同时都会引发一定程度的不良反应。即便在正常用法、用量情况下,也有可能出现有害的或与用药目的无关的反应,严重者甚至可危及生命。按照WHO国际药物监测合作中心的规定,将正常剂量的药物用于预防、诊断、治疗疾病或调节生理功能时出现的有害和与用药目的无关的反应称为药物不良反应(adverse drug reaction,ADR)。随着碘对比剂在心血管病诊疗中应用的不断增多,碘对比剂引起的不良反应及其危险性已备受关注。专家组参考国内外文献和经多次讨论,制定了这一版《碘对比剂血管造影应用
