维生素K拮抗剂与血管钙化

摘要(Abstract):
<正>维生素K拮抗剂(vitamin K antagonist,VKA)是一种抗凝剂。通过影响维生素K循环使肝细胞中凝血因子的合成受到抑制、内源性抗钙化蛋白的功能受到干扰,进而产生抗凝和促进血管钙化的作用,而血管钙化可引起类似收缩期高血压的病理改变。基质γ-羧基谷氨酸(gamma carboxy glutamic acid,Gla)蛋白(matrix gla protein,MGP)是一种分泌性抗钙化蛋白,具有维生素K依赖性,其功能发挥与Gla基团有关。
