外周血白细胞计数与冠状动脉狭窄的相关性The relationship between leukocyte counts and coronary artery stenosis

摘要(Abstract)：
目的观察外周血白细胞计数与冠状动脉狭窄的关系,探寻冠心病的发病原因。方法对220例冠心病患者行冠状动脉造影及外周血白细胞的测定,采用Gensini评分系统衡量冠状动脉造影结果。按照Gensini积分的三分位间距将观察对象分为三组,Gensini积分0～3.00分(CHD1)组74例,Gensini积分3.01～32.67分(CHD2)组73例,Gensini积分32.68～180.00分(CHD3)组73例。应用方差分析研究白细胞计数在三组中的分布情况,应用多因素回归分析研究Gensini评分与白细胞计数的关系。结果单因素方差分析显示,外周血中性粒细胞、单核细胞及白细胞计数与Gensin评分有统计学相关;多因素逐步线性回归分析显示,外周血中性粒细胞总数与冠状动脉狭窄程度的积分独立相关,其偏相关系数为0.223,P=0.001。结论外周血中性粒细胞总数与冠状动脉狭窄独立相关。
