血管成形术后再狭窄实验模型

摘要(Abstract):
<正>近年,经皮冠状动脉再通的机械方法日臻完善.多数狭窄病变可经球囊扩张、粥样斑块切除、腔内支架、激光、超声、微波、射频和热成形予以治疗.不幸的是术后再狭窄(RS)率高达50%,其远期效果依然有限.RS病理生理与防治措施的深入研究已成为介入性心脏病学领域中亟待解决的一大课题.鉴于临床试验影响因素众多,这一研究很大程度上有赖于动物模型的建立和应用.本文对不同动物模型的特征进行了比较,重点讨论了动脉口径、形态结构、不同种系动物对自发和食物诱导动脉病变的易感性,受损内膜增生性质及若干实用问题.对体外实验和具体药物在不同动物模型与临床试验中的疗效也做了相应介绍.
