摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠状动脉分叉病变作为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)中的常见病变,占PCI总量的15%~20%~([1])。但由于其存在边支易闭塞、手术技术难度大、再狭窄风险高等问题,使之成为PCI最具挑战的病变之一。药物洗脱支架(drug eluting stents,DES)是目前治疗冠状动脉分叉病变的主要选择,但DES也并非完美,
