冠脉内心电图对经皮腔内冠脉成形术监测心肌缺血的评价Evaluation of Intracoronary Electrocardiogram on Myocardial Ischemia During Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报道33例41支血管经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)术中同步监测冠状动脉内心电图(IC-ECG)和体表心电图(S-ECG)的变化.结果提示IC-ECG在球囊充盈时ST段变化发生率高于S-ECG,其抬高幅度亦大于后者且先于后者出现.IC-ECG能灵敏反映PTCA术中心肌缺血的情况,且操作简便.有助于指导PTCA的顺利进行.
