摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道了1例老年男性患者在全身麻醉下行经食管超声心动图指导的左心耳封堵术,术后出现持续性胸痛症状,经胸部CT检查明确为食管血肿,经禁食、补液、抑制胃酸、保护黏膜等治疗,病情好转,血肿消失。食管血肿是经食管超声心动图检查的并发症之一,需引起重视。
