冠状动脉CT血管成像对左心耳封堵术的临床应用价值

摘要(Abstract):
<正>心房颤动(房颤)是最常见的持续性心律失常。我国房颤患者超过1000万例,并预计在今后20年内成倍增长[1]。研究证明,房颤患者缺血性卒中风险将增加4~5倍[2]。虽然新型口服抗凝药等能够降低该风险,但是高达40%的患者并不适合接受抗凝治疗[3]。此外,接受抗凝治疗的患者也面临着依从性问题和潜在的不良事件风险,其中包括危及生命的出血事件。这些挑战为寻找降低缺血性卒中风险的替代方法创造了动力。房颤引起栓塞性卒中的发病机制有很多,其中最重要的是左心耳(left atrial appendage,LAA)内的血栓形成。
