经导管主动脉瓣置入术2013年进展回顾

摘要(Abstract):
<正>经导管主动脉瓣置入术(TAVI)从一诞生就备受关注,近几年已然成为介入心脏病学一颗璀璨"明星"。虽然不像前几年有PARTNER那样重磅级的研究公布,但2013年TAVI还是取得一定进展。本文拟回顾2013年TAVI主要研究进展,并对其前景做出展望。一、当前技术情况目前为止,全球已完成TAVI超13万例。在欧美等技术成熟地区,TAVI已成为常规治疗手段,在某些中心TAVI已占到所有主动脉瓣置换术的30%~40%。TAVI目前也正在亚洲、澳洲、南美洲迅速推广。2013年,欧美各公布了1个大型的注册研究,其结果代表了当前TAVI的
