摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉介入治疗经历了单纯球囊扩张、裸金属支架（BMS）到药物洗脱支架（DES）时代，术后靶血管的急性闭塞和再狭窄率明显降低，显著改善了患者的预后，DES成为冠状动脉疾病的主流介入治疗手段。近年来，药物涂层球囊（DCB）成为冠状动脉病变新的治疗策略，DCB的药物和涂层技术也在不断迭代更新中。在不使用永久性置入物的情况下，DCB在单次球囊充盈过程中通过赋形剂将抗增殖药物快速均匀地转运到血管壁中。大量循证医学证据表明，DCB已被证实是应对支架内再狭窄（ISR）及冠状动脉小血管原发病变的有效措施，随着更多临床研究结果的发表，DCB在多种冠状动脉疾病中的应用有了新的证据，适应证在国际范围内也有所扩展。基于国内外最新研究，《药物涂层球囊临床应用中国专家共识》专家组经过循证论证和会议讨论，在ISR病变充分预处理、冠状动脉原发病变适应证拓展、腔内影像及功能学精准指导DCB治疗等方面对首版《药物涂层球囊临床应用中国专家共识》进行了更新。
