巨噬细胞移动抑制因子——心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的诊疗新靶点

摘要(Abstract):
<正>缺血性心脏病是世界范围内致死、致残的主要原因,及时再血管化、恢复心肌供血可以挽救受损心肌,然而再灌注本身也会导致心肌坏死[1]。探究心肌缺血/再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion,I/R)的病理生理机制,制订合理的治疗策略一直是国内外研究热点。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)家族,包括MIF及其同系物多巴色素互变异构酶(D-dopachrome tautomerase, D-DT),也称为MIF-2,在心肌I/R过程中发挥重要的作用[1-3]。本文将对MIF家族(MIF、MIF-2)在心肌I/R过程中的调节作用及临床转化进展进行综述。
