冠状动脉旁路移植术后经右桡动脉入径行左乳内动脉桥血管造影

摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠心病是心内科常见病。冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG)是治疗冠心病的主要手段之一。左乳内动脉(left intra-mammary artery, LIMA)是常用桥血管材料。随着CABG的普及,术后复发需要评估桥血管的患者逐渐增多,通常采用经股动脉入径,患者舒适度较差且动脉入径并发症较多。也有经左桡动脉入径的报道,但术者操作不太方便且有时因左桡动脉狭窄、扭曲,被取为桥血管材料,用作血液透析血管瘘等原因不能完成操作。本文作者试用脑血管造影的SIM导管经右桡动脉入径行LIMA桥血管造影取得成功,现介绍如下。
