摘要(Abstract):
<正>一直以来,中、重度钙化病变都被认为是导致经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)失败的主要因素。钙化病变在血管壁中的几何分布可限制球囊和支架的输送及到位,影响球囊和支架扩张的同心性(沿血管中轴线)及完全性,而支架扩张不全和贴壁不良是支架内血栓形成和支架内再狭窄的重要影响因素。旋磨技术采用机械性移除斑块的方法,对斑块进行预处理,可有效提高
