Iberis环形4电极射频消融导管治疗难治性高血压1例Iberis circular 4-electrode radiofrequency ablation catheter for the treatment of resistant hypertension:a case report

摘要(Abstract):
目前正在研发的经皮去肾神经术(RDN)设备有多种,各有特色。本文介绍Iberis环形4电极射频消融导管,一款国产的具有自主知识产权的新型RDN设备(上海百心安公司产品),在新近已完成的Iberis-HTN随机、假手术对照临床试验中验证了其有效性,现报道入组Iberis-HTN研究手术组的1例患者,描述这款设备的特点。
