摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料病例1患者男,74岁。因"阵发性胸闷、胸痛8年,加重10 h"于2013年12月26日入住新汶矿业集团中心医院心血管内科。既往高血压病史10年,规律口服贝那普利10 mg、每日1次。2006年、2009年先后2次在新汶矿业集团中心医院心血管内科行冠状动脉造影及冠状动脉支架置入术。术后规律口服阿司匹林100 mg、每日1次,美托洛尔25 mg、每日2次等药物。本次发病10 h前无明显诱因下症
