摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉痉挛是指各种原因引起的心脏心外膜下冠状动脉发生一过性收缩,致使冠状动脉发生部分或完全堵塞。反复持续的冠状动脉痉挛可引起变异型心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、恶性心律失常、猝死等。本文报道心房颤动CARTO标测与射频消融术中右冠状动脉痉挛闭塞1例,探讨冠状动脉痉挛发生的病理生理及救治方案,以期为临床诊治类似病例提供参考。
