导管测量的中心动脉压参数与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的关系Relationship between central arterial blood pressure and extent of coronary arterial atherosclerosis

摘要(Abstract):
目的分析冠心病患者的中心动脉血压参数和冠状动脉粥样硬化病变及其严重程度的关系。方法测量146例接受冠脉造影检查的冠心病患者肱动脉血压、升主动脉血压,计算患者的冠脉病变支数及Syntax积分,分析血压参数和冠脉病变的关系。结果肱动脉收缩压(BSBP)有高于中心动脉收缩压(CSBP)的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(129.2±14.1)mmHg比(125.0±13.4)mmHg,t=1.62,P=0.10;肱动脉舒张压(BDBP)有低于中心动脉舒张压(CDBP)的趋势,但差异无统计学意义(74.7±11.0)mmHg比(77.9±11.3)mmHg,t=1.88,P=0.07;肱动脉脉压(BPP)高于中心动脉脉压(CPP),(54.5±11.8)mmHg比(50.0±11.1)mmHg,t=2.51,P<0.05。年龄和中心动脉脉压对冠脉病变Syntax积分有独立的预测价值。结论经导管测量的中心动脉血压参数可预测冠脉病变的严重程度。
