药物洗脱支架串联置入术的安全性和有效性

摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠状动脉串联支架置入是指同期在同一血管内连续置入2枚以上支架、支架之间相互重叠少许的一种PCI术式。当串联支架的总长度≥60mm时,该术式则被命名为"全金属外壳(full-metal jacket)"技术[1]。在目前的临床实践中,药物洗脱支架串联置入(overlapping drug-eluting stent,ODS)术式常用来处理冠状动脉弥漫性长病变,其优势在于可完全、充分地覆盖病变;
