PTCA后再狭窄中平滑肌细胞增生的生物决定因素

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 再狭窄(RS)仍然是影响经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)疗效的主要因素.血管造影随访研究提示,PTCA后1～6个月内有20%～40%的RS发生率,头1～4天有11%的病变出现RS,据认为早期 RS是由于弹性回缩、血管痉挛或血小板-纤维蛋白血栓或上述几种因素的共同作用.因这一时间间期太短暂,故无明显纤维内膜增生.晚期RS
