摘要(Abstract)：
<正>二尖瓣反流(mitral regurgitation,MR)是由于二尖瓣叶、瓣环、乳头肌、腱索等器质性或功能性改变导致二尖瓣前后叶吻合不良导致的。外科手术瓣膜修复或置换术被认为是该疾病的标准治疗方法,已被证实能缓解患者的症状及延长其寿命,但对功能性MR特别是缺血性MR效果较差[1]。另外,有一部分患者由于心功能差、合并症多而不能接受外科手术。2003年起,一种基于外科缘对缘缝合手术原
