雷公藤多甙、藻酸双酯钠对大鼠受损动脉内膜增生的影响Effect of Tripterygtam wilfordii Glycosides and poly saccharide sulphate on the intimal proliferation of injured rat aorta

摘要(Abstract)：
31只大鼠行胸主动脉内皮剥脱术,随机分为对照组10只、雷公藤多甙组10只(9.4 mg/kg/d)和藻酸双酯钠组11只(30mg/kg/d).后两组于术前6天开始喂药.于术后14天观察各组大鼠胸主动脉新生内膜面积、内膜与中膜面积比、新生内膜覆盖率、~3H-TdR参入量.证明雷公藤多甙能显著抑制受损动脉内膜增生(P<0.001),而藻酸双酯钠则无此作用.
