摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男,41岁,因"胸闷、乏力2月余"于2016年12月14日入住广西医科大学第一附属医院。既往有糖尿病史,规律服用口服降糖药物,血糖控制良好。否认高血压病、冠心病。入院查体:体温36.8℃,脉搏90次/min,呼吸20次/min,血压140/81 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa);神志清楚,口唇、甲床无发绀;胸廓对称无畸形,双肺叩诊
