摘要(Abstract)：

<正>导管消融历经十余年的发展,目前已成为心房颤动(房颤)的一线治疗方式,临床应用日益广泛。由于房颤患者固有的血栓栓塞风险,导管消融术中左心房操作、心内膜损伤激活凝血系统,导管消融术后左心房功能顿抑等因素,围术期血栓栓塞事件并不少见。2003年至2006年全球185个中心共16 309例房颤患者导管消融术数据显示,围术期卒中及短暂性脑缺血发生率约1%,危及生命的出血并发症发生率
