摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,70岁,因体检发现心房颤动入住武汉亚洲心脏病医院。既往高血压病及陈旧性脑梗死病史多年,长期口服硝苯地平20 mg、每天2次,血压可维持在正常水平。入院查体:体温36.4℃,脉搏82次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压128/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa),神志清,颈软,未闻及血管杂音,双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干、湿性啰音,心界不
