左束支起搏临床应用进展Clinical advance of left bundle branch pacing

摘要(Abstract):
传统右心室起搏会增加心功能不全、心房颤动的风险。希氏束起搏虽然有很好的生理性,但是在临床应用中有明显的局限性。而近年提出的左束支起搏在动物实验和临床试验中均被证实是可行、有效和安全的。左束支起搏既有生理性起搏的优势,又克服了希氏束起搏和双室起搏的一些问题,且已有规范的手术流程,虽存在一些尚待解决的问题,但应用前景良好。本文旨在综述左束支起搏的临床应用进展。
