对比剂诱导的跨病变压力比值研究现状

摘要(Abstract):
<正>近年来冠状动脉功能学评价技术在冠心病的诊断和治疗决策中扮演着越来越重要的角色。心肌血流储备分数(fractionalflow reserve,FFR)是冠状动脉功能学评价的"金标准",其指导的血运重建既改善了冠心病患者的预后,又显现了良好卫生经济学获益,临床应用得到了权威指南的推荐[1]。但FFR检测所需的腺苷等血管扩张剂可能诱发患者胸痛、呼吸困难、心动过缓等不良反应,哮喘等患者存在用药禁忌,且额外增加医疗费用,因此临床应用受到限制。基于FFR的检测原理,非血管扩张剂依赖的有创冠状动脉功能学评价指标(non-hyperaemic pressure reserve,NHPR)被引入临床,并日益受到重视,包括对比剂诱导的跨病变压力比值
