<正>多年来,对于左主干病变和多支血管病变如何选择合理的血运重建策略一直是颇具争议的问题。20世纪80年代末期开始,多项比较冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass grafting,CABG)与单纯球囊扩张或金属裸支架(baremetal stent,BMS)置入治疗多支血管病变的随机临床试验表明,CABG较经皮冠状动脉介入治疗
