摘要(Abstract)：

经导管主动脉瓣置换术已成为重度主动脉瓣狭窄和(或)关闭不全的有效替代治疗策略。本文报道1例高难度、多合并症、外周动脉狭窄的低流速低压差的重度主动脉瓣狭窄患者,经精准评估和治疗,成功经颈动脉入径完成经导管主动脉瓣置换术,为临床类似病例尤其是下肢动脉入径困难患者的治疗提供借鉴意义。
