经桡动脉使用4 in 6子母导管技术治疗冠状动脉复杂病变的初步经验Complex transradial percutaneous coronary intervention using a 4F KIWAMI ST01 catheter with Mother-Child technique

摘要(Abstract):
目的总结首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院心血管病中心心内科经桡动脉使用4 F KIWAMI ST01子导管行子母导管技术完成冠状动脉复杂病变的介入治疗经验。方法分析30例患者的临床资料、影像资料,对采用4 F子导管行4 in 6子母导管技术的使用情况进行总结分析。结果30例患者均为复杂冠状动脉病变,其中合并明显钙化病变19例,慢性完全闭塞病变13例,中重度迂曲病变11例,中重度成角病变6例,支架内再狭窄4例。30例患者均使用了4 in 6子母导管技术,子导管均成功到达病变或病变远端,支架全部置入成功,手术成功率100%。无一例发生严重的和子导管相关的并发症及其他并发症,并且无死亡发生。结论经桡动脉使用4 F KIWAMI ST01子导管行4 in 6的子母导管技术有良好的通过性,可获得较强的支撑力和更长的输送管道,能很好地协助支架置入。
