对比剂肾病早期诊断生物标志物的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>随着放射诊断及冠状动脉介入诊疗技术的发展、人类预期寿命的延长,使用血管内对比剂的人群逐年增加。尽管上述人群中出现肾功能不全的患者不足1%[1],但在具有慢性肾病、糖尿病、使用肾毒性药物等危险因素的患者中,使用对比剂后对比剂肾病(contrast induced nephropathy,CIN)的发生率高达25%[2],且有10%~12%最终需要肾替代治疗[1]。CIN是医院获得性急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)的
