摘要(Abstract)：

<正>早期大量临床研究证实抗血小板治疗对于动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的一级和二级预防有显著益处,抗血小板药物在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)、缺血性脑血管疾病和外周动脉疾病(peripheral arterial disease,PAD)的治疗中得到广泛运用(图1),尤其对急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)和置入药物洗脱支架(drug eluting stent,DES)的患者,国内外指南均将双联抗血小板治疗(dual antiplatelet therapy,DAPT)作为Ⅰ类推荐~([1-3])。
