阵发性心房颤动患者植入心肌收缩力调节器1例Use of cardiac contractility modulation in a patient with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

摘要(Abstract):
心肌收缩力调节器(CCM)是以2导线或3导线工作方式提供心肌收缩力调节的疗法,适用于不适合心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)25%~45%、接受药物治疗仍有症状的纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅲ级心力衰竭患者。国内少有心房颤动患者CCM植入报道,本文报道对1例阵发性心房颤动患者植入CCM治疗心力衰竭。
