摘要(Abstract)：

<正>从20世纪70年代至今,心血管介入治疗领域经历了3个里程碑式的飞跃。1977年,人类第一次使用球囊扩张冠状动脉狭窄病变,此为第1个里程碑,由于发生新的血管斑块破裂,靶血管术后3~6个月再狭窄率高达30%~50%[1-2]。随后,裸金属支架(bare-metal stent,BMS)于1986年问世,此为第2个里程碑。BMS不仅可以消除即刻
