希氏束起搏在心力衰竭中的应用进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>慢性心力衰竭是发病率很高的心血管疾病之一。流行病学资料显示,世界范围内心脏衰竭患者超过2500万,我国约有450万慢性心力衰竭患者[1]。目前,β阻滞药、血管紧张素转换酶抑制药(angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,ACEI)等药物治疗已成为慢性心力衰竭治疗的基石。然而,药物治疗存在一定的局限性,在改善远期生存率方面并不理想。心脏再同步化治疗(cardiac resynchronization therapy, CRT)即双室起搏已被大规模临床研究证实能够改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,提高心力衰竭患者的生活质量,并且可以逆转左心室重构,改善血流动力学,降低心力衰竭患者的再住院率和病死率,是慢性心力衰竭的有效治疗方式[2]。但是,仍有30%~40%
