摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道1例慢性血栓栓塞性肺高血压患者，在给予抗凝治疗和肺动脉高压靶向药物治疗的基础上，采用经皮腔内肺动脉成形术分期治疗后病情明显改善，肺动脉平均压由51mmHg降低为20mmHg，世界卫生组织（WHO）心功能分级由Ⅲ级提高为Ⅰ级，接近治愈，为临床上类似病例的治疗提供借鉴。
