摘要(Abstract):
<正>微循环是冠状动脉循环的重要组成部分。越来越多的研究显示,微循环结构和功能受损是冠心病患者不良预后的独立预测因素[1-3]。最早用于评估微循环状态的参数是冠状动脉血流储备(coronary flow reserve,CFR),但CFR受血压、心率、心外膜狭窄病变及血流动力学等因素影响,重复性差,限制了其临床应用[4-5]。微循环阻力指数(index of microcirculatory resistance,IMR)是近年来用于临床的新评价
