摘要(Abstract)：

<正>基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)在冠心病的发生、发展中扮演着重要角色,现从基质金属蛋白酶与冠心病以及心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,MIRI)、心室重构等方面进行综述,重点探讨MMP-2、MMP-9在冠心病中的研究,总结近几年的研究
