经皮球囊二尖瓣扩张术12例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 我院自1993年4～10月对12例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者进行了经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(PBMV)。报告如下。一、资料与方法12例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者,男5例。女7例。平均年龄38.5±11(21～54)岁。2例房颤、10例为窦性心律。均满足下列条件:(1)超声心动图测定二尖瓣口由度至重度狭窄面积0.5～1.5cm~2;(2)体检和超
