冠状动脉易损斑块的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):
<正>心血管疾病预防和治疗已取得重大进展,但它仍然是全世界死亡的主要原因。我国冠心病的发病率和死亡率仍有增加的趋势。急性冠状动脉综合征(急性冠脉综合征)是冠心病急性死亡的主要形式之一,它的突发性和难以预测性是临床的一大挑战。也引起了广泛的兴趣和极大的重视。现已证明易损斑块是引起心血管急性事件、急性心肌梗死、急性冠脉综合征、脑卒中和猝死的主要原因。而且这种斑块的破损和栓塞既突发又严重,多无先兆和前驱症状,难以预测和诊断,难以预防和治疗,成为心脑血管病的罪魁祸首。因
