经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复术的精准房间隔穿刺原理及定位Accurate transseptal puncture for transcatheter mitral valve repair

摘要(Abstract):
二尖瓣反流是常见的心脏瓣膜疾病。经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复术(TEER)是目前发展最成熟、最广泛的二尖瓣反流介入治疗技术。精准定位房间隔穿刺是整个TEER开始的最关键部分。本文系统阐述房间隔和二尖瓣影像学解剖,阐明详细的术前评估和术中经食管超声心动图辅助对于精准进行房间隔穿刺,实现手术成功至关重要。
