摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心脏压塞是心脏内外科常见疾病,可由急性心包炎、心力衰竭、心肌梗死后综合征、外伤、心脏手术及全身其他系统疾病导致[1]。在众多引起心脏压塞的病因中,心脏内外科手术导致的医源性心脏压塞,因其发生速度快、情况紧急而备受人们的重视。同时因围术期抗凝、抗栓等药物的使用,可促进并加重心包积液的形成[2]。在急性心脏压塞中,有些患者的心包积液量虽然不大,
