《2020年欧洲心脏病学会心房颤动管理指南》解读

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>《2020年欧洲心脏病学会心房颤动管理指南》是于2020年8月29日由欧洲心脏病学会(European Society of Cardiology,ESC)与欧洲心胸麻醉协会(European Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthesiology,EACTA)正式发布的关于心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF)患者的管理指南(以下简称《2020 ESC AF指南》)[1]。该指南延续了《2016ESC AF患者管理指南》(以下简称《2016 ESC AF指南》)[2]提出的5个领域综合管理的理念,并强调了结构化"4S-AF"流程化评估方案(卒中风险、症状严重程度、AF负荷程度、基质重构程度)及"CCToABC"管理路径(表1～2)。本文就《2020 ESC AF指南》强调重点及更新要点进行简要解读。
