肝素膜支架的临床应用Heparin coated stenting for patients with coronary artery disease

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 评价肝素膜支架对预防急性 亚急性支架内血栓形成的有效性。方法 对 2 8例病人的 32个靶病变置入肝素膜支架 ,其中单支病变 2 4例 ,双支病变 4例 ,LAD病变 19个 ,RCA病变10个 ,LCX病变 3个。手术成功率 10 0 % ,术后随访 6～ 2 4个月无急性 亚急性血栓形成 ,5例心绞痛复发 ,3例经造影证实再狭窄 ,无死亡病例。结论 肝素膜支架对于预防急性 亚急性支架内血栓形成是有一定的疗效
