摘要(Abstract)：

主动脉根部血栓是一种少见且危险的疾病，常可致灾难性栓塞事件，如急性心肌梗死、卒中和周围动脉栓塞。国内外文献报道的主动脉根部血栓治疗多以循环支持治疗下的外科手术取栓为主。本例患者表现为急性心肌梗死（主动脉根部漂浮血栓堵塞右冠状动脉窦），经溶栓治疗后血栓消失，但血栓溶解脱落致继发性双下肢动脉栓塞，虽经取栓治疗后预后尚可，但应引起重视。
