经导管主动脉瓣置换术后运动康复专家共识
摘要(Abstract):
<正>经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aortic valve replacement, TAVR)是近年来治疗主动脉瓣狭窄患者的新方法,系列大型临床研究证实其可作为外科手术禁忌、高危、中危、甚至低危患者的治疗手段[1-7]。在国内,自2010年10月3日葛均波等[8]实施首例TAVR以来,该技术逐步在国内推广应用。目前接受TAVR治疗的多为高龄、有多种合并症和体质差的患者[9]。对这类患者围术期及术后进行康复治疗尤
