摘要(Abstract)：

二尖瓣脱垂是引起二尖瓣反流的常见原因之一，对于解剖条件合适的病例可通过经导管缘对缘修复手术治疗。二尖瓣脱垂合并裂隙的患者较少见，通常需要进行外科二尖瓣修复或者二尖瓣置换。本文报道1例通过二尖瓣缘对缘修复术治疗二尖瓣脱垂伴后叶裂隙病例，以期为类似的病例提供借鉴。
