经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复治疗二尖瓣脱垂伴裂隙1例Transcatheter edge-to-edge mitral valve repair for the treatment of mitral valve prolapse with cleft:a case report

摘要(Abstract):
二尖瓣脱垂是引起二尖瓣反流的常见原因之一,对于解剖条件合适的病例可通过经导管缘对缘修复手术治疗。二尖瓣脱垂合并裂隙的患者较少见,通常需要进行外科二尖瓣修复或者二尖瓣置换。本文报道1例通过二尖瓣缘对缘修复术治疗二尖瓣脱垂伴后叶裂隙病例,以期为类似的病例提供借鉴。
