~(103)Pd支架的剂量学研究The dose study on radioactive stent implanted 103 Pd

摘要(Abstract):
目的 研究1 0 3Pd支架在冠状动脉组织中径向剂量率分布。方法 用AAPM6 0报告推荐的公式计算支架径向剂量率分布 ,并与32 P的径向剂量率分布做了比较。结果 1 0 3Pd支架的照射范围在支架内外表面 0 0 5cm之内 ,比32 P的范围小。结论 在剂量学上1 0 3Pd支架适用于治疗和预防冠状动脉再狭窄 ,并且能减少支架边缘再狭窄率。
