<正>冠状动脉分叉病变约占经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)的15%~18%[1]。冠状动脉分叉病变因其解剖结构复杂性,一直以来都是PCI的难点。随着新一代药物洗脱支架(drug eluting stent,DES)的应用,分叉病变的治疗已经得到改善,但支架内血栓形成(stent thrombosis,ST)和支架内再狭窄(in-stent restenosis,ISR)发
