摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者女,56岁。因"持续性胸骨后压榨样疼痛1 h伴冷汗"就诊。既往有高血压病史,无糖尿病、吸烟、外伤、精神刺激、毒品吸食史。急诊就诊时症状已缓解。心电图检查示:窦性心律,下壁及胸导联T波倒置(图1)。心肌酶谱示:肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)13 U/L,心肌肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)阴性。2 h后症状再发。胸痛时复查心电图示:下壁及胸导联T波倒置恢复正常(图2)。复查CK-MB 32 U/L,c Tn T
